The meeting of the working group on the Erasmus Plus project in the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University
March 15, 2019: Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held a meeting of the working group chaired by Burkitbaev Mukhambetkli Myrzabayevich, where the working group discussed the schedule of organizational work on the Erasmus Plus project.
The meeting was attended by members of the working group: the Director of the Ban Ki-moon Institute for Sustainable Development at – Rafis Abazov, Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Additional Education – Shaikenov Barlyk Amangaleevich, as well as members of the working group Kuralay Nurgaliyeva, Omirzhanov Yesbol Toktarbaevich.
The Chairman of the meeting M. M. Burkitbaev stressed that in order to fulfill the agenda of the Erasmus Plus program for the retraining of engineering personnel, it is necessary to combine the efforts of all stakeholders. It was also emphasized that for the qualitative execution of the planned tasks it is necessary to combine intellectual, expert and organizational resources. Thus, the following issues were discussed at the meeting: preparation of the trip of rectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Tambov; registration of a new order on the group members; inclusion of an accountant to the working group; discussion of the training program; preparation for monitoring. The participants highlighted the need for learning best lessons in creation and distribution of information about the project on the web pages and social media (learning from the experience of University of Porto)
Based on the results of the discussion, the meeting participants proposed the development of a project implementation plan. In other words, this decision provides a number of activities, in particular work with all interested parties (stakeholders), further ensuring of the project discussion and involvement of teachers and students, as well as carrying out analytical work.
31 января 2019 года: В КазНУ им. аль-Фараби под председательством Буркитбаева Мухамбеткали Мырзабаевича состоялось заседание рабочей группы, на которой прошло обсуждение плана организационных работ по проекту Erasmus Plus.
Во заседании приняли участие члены рабочей группы в составе: Директора Института устойчивого развития имени Пан Ги Муна при КазНУ им. аль-Фараби – Рафиса Абазова, Директора Института повышения квалификации и дополнительного образования – Шайкенова Барлыка Амангалеевича, а также членов рабочей группы Куралай Нургалиевой, Омиржанова Есбола Токтарбаевича.
Председатель заседания Буркитбаев М.М. подчеркнул, что для выполнения повестки дня – Erasmus Plus по переподготовке инженерных кадров, необходимо объединение усилий всех заинтересованных сторон. Также было подчеркнуто, что для качественного исполнения намеченных задач необходимо объединить интеллектуальные, экспертные и организационные ресурсы. Так, на заседании были обсуждены вопросы: отчет рабочей группы КазНУ по встрече в Порто (Роль Казну – онлайн курс(ы)); отчет рабочей группы KazSEE по встрече в Порто (Роль KazSEE – ПР, продвижение, аккредитация и сертификация); разработка плана работы на 2019 г.; подготовка к встрече Erasmus Plus в Ростове – проекты мехмата и физтеха; размещение информацию на вебсайтах Казну и СМИ.
По итогам обсуждения участниками заседания предложена разработка Плана реализации проекта. Иными словами, данное решение предусматривает ряд мероприятий, в частности работу со всеми заинтересованными сторонами (стейкхолдерами), дальнейшее обеспечение обсуждения проекта и вовлечение преподавателей и студентов, а также проведение аналитических работ.
