MDP Global Classroom KazNU – Spring 2020 Review

The UN Academic Impact Hub KazNU has successfully conducted MDP Global Classroom Program for the spring semester 2020 conducting lectures and seminars coordinated by Ban Ki-moon Institute for Sustainable Development.

This term’s agenda includes 10 weeks’ classes, among which there are 4 round tables, with keynote speakers from UNESCO Cluster Office in Almaty – Mr. Santosh Khatri, International Cooperation Department of KazNU – Mrs. Aknur Zhydibek, the Representatives of the UN Women in Kazakhstan – Mrs. Nazgul Shyngysova, and the Representatives of the International Bureau of Human Rights in Kazakhstan  – Mr. Denis Givaga.

The MDP Class has developed a scientific project on the “One Belt One Road” Initiative, which includes recent researches on sustainable development of Kazakhstan in global communities within the context of SDG 4, SDG 8, and SDG 17.
